Freelance Options:

1. Freelance Driver – Evening Shift

Working hours: 18:00 – 22:00
Ideal for anyone looking to earn additional income during the evening.

2. Freelance Driver – Daytime

Flexible daytime working hours.
Suitable for drivers looking for regular freelance work during the day.

3. Freelance Driver – Off-Peak Hours

Perfect for drivers already delivering food with other platforms who want to maximise their earnings during quieter periods.
Complete parcel deliveries during off-peak hours when food delivery demand is low.

Key Responsibilities

Collect and deliver parcels to customers and businesses.
Safely load and unload light parcels.
Maintain regular communication with the dispatch team and customers.
Use mobile applications to manage deliveries.
Deliver a professional and friendly customer experience at all times.

Requirements

Valid driving licence.
Good command of English and/or Greek.
Reliable, organised, and customer-focused.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Comfortable using smartphones and mobile applications.

easyCourier is looking for an organised and detail-oriented Accounting and Office Administrator to join our team.

Main Responsibilities

Enter supplier invoices and expenses into QuickBooks
Prepare payments and assist with payment processing
Assist with payroll preparation and related administration
Manage COD (Cash on Delivery) reconciliations and settlements
Assist with VAT preparation and submissions
Handle filing and general office administration
Maintain organised financial and operational records
Provide general administrative and office support tasks
Coordinate with management, suppliers, and partners when needed

Requirements

Previous experience in accounting and/or administration support
Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Good organisational and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Good knowledge of Greek and English
